Dr. Kiersten Lofton
MD, FAAP
Kiersten Lofton is originally from Charleston, SC. She studied chemical engineering at Clemson University and graduated from the Medical University of SC. She completed her pediatric residency at Palmetto Health Children's Hospital and practiced at Five Points Pediatrics until joining Palmetto Pediatrics in March of 2014. She is board certified by the ABP and a fellow of the AAP. She serves on the Board of Carolina Sunshine Wishing Well for Children, a nonprofit organization that grants wishes to SC children with life threatening illnesses or injuries. She and her husband Trey have four children, twins Sadie and Alex, Charlotte and Parker.

Dr. Brittany Page
MD, FAAP
Dr. Page is originally from Dillon, SC. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Palmetto Health Children’s Hospital, where she was chief resident in the final year. She joined Palmetto Pediatrics in 2019, and is board certified by the ABP and a fellow of the AAP. She is married to her husband Kirk and they have 2 sons, Mack and Elliott. She enjoys cheering on the Gamecocks, practicing piano, and playing with their Boykin spaniel.

Dr. Kelsey Snedecor
MD, FAAP
Dr. Kelsey Snedecor was born and raised in Irmo, SC. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and her medical degree from USC School of Medicine. She completed her residency training in pediatrics at Prisma Health Children’s Hospital in the Midlands. Dr. Kelsey is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her fiancé, Marc, is an emergency medicine physician and a dog dad to their Labrador, Lilly. In her free time, she enjoys a good book, being outdoors, visiting the beach, and exploring new restaurants. Her favorite part of pediatrics is helping both children and their families navigate their health and wellness!

Dr. Jennifer Soroos
MD, FAAP
Dr. Soroos is a native of Madison , Wisconsin. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She received her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2000. She completed her pediatric residency at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO in 2003. Dr. Soroos has been practicing Pediatrics in Columbia since completion of residency and joined Palmetto Pediatrics & Adolescent Clinic in 2007. She is board certified with the American Academy of Pediatrics and a fellow of the AAP. Dr. Soroos is married to Dr. Jason Stacy, a sports medicine physician for the USC Gamecocks. They have one son, Jack and one daughter, Juliana. Dr. Soroos enjoys spending time with her family, baking, traveling and Gamecock and Packer football.

Dr. Radiance Vafai
MD, FAAP
Dr. Radiance Vafai is a native of northern Vermont. She attended the University of North Carolina-Asheville for her undergraduate studies followed by the University of North Carolina School of Medicine at Chapel Hill, graduating in 2001. She completed her residency in pediatrics in 2004 at Palmetto Health Richland Children's Hospital in Columbia, S.C. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. After residency, she practiced pediatrics in Lexington and Columbia until she, her husband, and three sons moved overseas for a decade, returning home to Columbia in 2023. She loves the diversity of pediatrics, from newborns to young adults, and feels it is an honor to be in a position to help families navigate the many challenges of raising resilient and healthy children.

Margaret Croffie-Kelson
FNP-C
Margaret Croffie- Kelson is a Family Nurse Practitioner originally from Los Angeles, California. She has many years of nursing experience that started in Beaufort, South Carolina. She obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Francis Marion University. She enjoys watching each patient grow into their unique personality and taking part in their growth and development. She is married to Kalif a Marine Veteran, and they have four sons Joseph, Noah, Solomon, and Adam. When out of the office, she is constantly on the go supporting her children at many athletic and academic events. Also, in her spare time she enjoys traveling with her family, taking spin classes, and reading suspense novels.
