Dr. Kelsey McDill is originally from Missouri, where she pursued her undergraduate and medical degrees at University of Missouri. She and her husband moved to South Carolina in 2015 to start her pediatric residency at Palmetto Health Richland. She joined Palmetto Pediatrics in 2018. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, painting, reading, watching Mizzou and Chiefs football, and cooking.

Dr. Pruitt is a passionate pediatrician specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and asthma. With a focus on children of all ages, from newborns to teens, he strives to provide compassionate and comprehensive care.

Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, he pursued his pre-medical studies and a deep interest in Chinese/Asian culture at the University of Kansas. After earning his medical degree from KU Medical Center, he completed his pediatric residency at the same institution, and has been practicing pediatrics for over 20 years.

Outside of the office, he is a devoted husband and father of 8 children. He finds joy in traveling, seeking new experiences, and enjoying the outdoors with his family. His dedication to pediatric medicine is fueled by his love for helping children thrive and supporting families in their journey to health and happiness.
