A native of Rockaway, New Jersey, Dr. Deborah Greenhouse knew as early as middle school that she wanted to be a pediatrician and to spend her career working with children. A fencing scholarship brought her to Clemson University, where she received her undergraduate degree in microbiology. She received her medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine and completed her pediatrics residency at Richland Memorial Hospital in 1992.

Dr. Greenhouse has been involved in pediatric advocacy throughout her career. She is a past president of the South Carolina Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and remains very active in the AAP on both a state and national level. She is currently the Vice Chair of District Four of the AAP, overseeing advocacy activities in 5 states. She is also the South Carolina Chapter Coordinator for the PROS (Pediatric Research in Office Settings) research network of the AAP. She is passionate about using her voice to speak up for the things that children need to grow up healthy and safe.

On a more local level, Dr. Greenhouse is a long-term member and past chairperson of the Richland School District Two Health Advisory Committee.

In her free time, Dr. Greenhouse enjoys spending time with her husband David, daughters Alyssa and Hannah and grandson Charlie. She also enjoys hiking, gardening and relaxing with a good book.

Dr. Painter is a native of Spartanburg, SC. He received his undergraduate degree from Wofford College and his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He completed his residency in pediatrics at Richland Memorial Hospital in 2001. He worked for Palmetto Pediatrics from 2001-2002 and worked for Southside Pediatrics in Aiken, SC from 2002-2004. He is board certified in pediatrics. He is married to Dr. Lauren Painter, who is a board certified OB/GYN and works for Women's Physician Associates here in Columbia. In his free time he enjoys hanging out with his wife and their two sons and daughter and their two labrador retrievers, playing golf and watching sports.

Dr. Bartlett is originally from Orangeburg, South Carolina. She is an honors graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman's College in Virginia and the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. She was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, the medal honor society. She completed her residency in pediatrics at the Children's Hospital of Palmetto Richland in 2001, serving as Chief Resident in her final year. She practiced at Pediatric Associates in Columbia until 2006 when she joined Palmetto Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She serves as a board member for the Ronald McDonald House of Columbia. Dr. Bartlett is married and has twin boys. She enjoys spending time with friends, family and her dog, Annie.
